Our red Perpetual Franciscan Enrollment card is beautifully designed to show your sympathy. The inside of the card is simply done stating that the loved one who is enrolled will receive the spiritual benefits of our Franciscan Mass Association.

On the inside is the same picture from the front of the card with the prayer – “We believe in Jesus Christ, on the third day he rose again.  We believe in the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.”   The other side states who is being enrolled along with who the enrollment is from.

This enrollment card is for someone who is deceased.
