This beautiful Health and Healing Enrollment Card was designed by our own Father Christopher, TOR and features stained glass print from the Chapel in Saint Bernardine Monastery along with the prayer – “We fly to your patronage, O Holy Mother of God.  Despise not our prayers in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O Glorious and Blessed Virgin Mary.”
